Help and support
Contact support
Write to support@intelliblitz.com using your email app. Best-effort email support.
Describe the issue with a made-up example. Don’t attach a sensitive document.
In the app, Help › Prepare Support Details builds a report on your device for you to check first. Document text, source names, preference terms and replacement labels are not included. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself.
Availability
RedactRoom is not yet available on the App Store. It is being prepared for Mac, iPhone and iPad.
Free exports and purchases
- Five free exports on each device. An image or text review uses one free export. A PDF review uses one, regardless of page count. A batch uses one per image.
- Failed or cancelled exports don’t count. Exporting again from a counted review doesn’t use another.
- After your free exports, a one-time purchase of US$14.99 unlocks unlimited exports. No subscription. The same export quality before and after unlocking.
- Reviewing and editing are always available.
- Purchases and restores are handled by Apple through the App Store and require an internet connection. To restore, choose Restore purchase in the app while signed in to the same App Store account.
Where your files are processed
Redaction works offline. Your files are processed on your device, without uploads. RedactRoom has no account and no server. See the privacy policy for details.
Keeping a review
Keep a copy on your device for up to 24 hours so you can finish later. Keeping does not save or share a clean copy. RedactRoom removes expired kept copies when it next opens or becomes active.
Limits to know before you share
- Checks can miss sensitive details. Review the source yourself.
- Language coverage is limited to English. Review German, Dutch and other languages yourself.
- Face suggestions are not available in this version. Add a manual area around any face you want to remove.
- PDF output is rebuilt from page images. Searchable text, links, forms and accessibility structure are not preserved.
- Use Add area to cover anything RedactRoom didn’t suggest.
